local office, it is an AP, not Lin-2 shi-2 AP. He was sending back by his company so he needed it urgently. His company backed him up.

I guess you need some kind of a proof that you need to leave in a hurry.

If you are H1/H4, why don't you just apply new visa to come back? It is safe for H holders.
