回複：AP vs H1B

Before late 2004, you were not completely wrong on this because it was unclear and up to anyone's interpretation. But since late 2004, more than 3 USCIS memo/Q&A have consistently stated that H1B is still valid after AP if returning to work for the H1B sponsor. There is no confusion on this issue anymore.
