Your lawyer is so bad. He/she has no idea about NIW at all.

Everybody here knows that you should meet the three criteria (intrinsic merit, national scope and LC-issue) to get NIW. Most RFE notices require you to provide evidence to prove third prong. That is normal if your background is not so strong. The 1st and 2nd prongs are so easier to prove. If your lawyer were competent, you would not have been asked to provide more evidence to prove first two points.

Anyway, prepare your RFE response letter carefully to address those questions in your RFE notices.
