I agree, he is very bad and slow and ask for so many document, he just write easily a cover letter at a little bit cheaper price. maybe just 100$cheaper. also, there is a secrety in his office, he didnot help the society to employ an assistant, just save all money for his life.
he is really a bad guy. if you want to find one, forget him first
