My package was delivered to CSC at 11:12am on Sept. 30, 2005, and signed for by V SEMEGI. I have USPS express mail track & confirm screen printout. Now the problem are:

who I should argue with;
how?

I don't have a lawyer. I appreciate any of your inputs.
