No, my lawyer is from houston Jerry zhang's office. It seems on the petition letter(nine pages) my lawyer had clearly demonstrated these requirements, I don't know why the immigration officer still require additional evidence.
I have several friends who are also in the process of the NIW application. Compared the petition letters from different lawyers, I find my petition letter is almost the same as my friend's, only change Mr.xxX to Mr. YYY.
Seven persons are in NIW process. only one got approval in one and half month, I got a RFE. others are still waiting. We are top 15 US university PHD canditates and all in the TSC.
