485 pending status, in case 485 fails, you have to leave US immediately.

1. 回來後用EAD工作--dependent on 485 status
2. 回來後用新的H1-B工作--not dependent on 485 status, start new H1-B status
3. 回來後用舊的H1-B工作（續合同)--not dependent on 485 status, continue your H1-B status
