回複：NSC, I140/485 RD 9/28, ND 10/14

Mine (I-140/485 NIW) was sent on Sep 29 to TSC, received on Sep.30 (signed in by somebody). I got a receipt on Oct.3 with a case number. I guess my case was accepted otherwise it could have been returned to me after Oct.1. I am still waiting. I received a FP notice appointment on Dec.6 yesterday.
