2. 我是公派自費來美國的。雖然在原單位不再領工資，但是人事關係仍然在原單位。來美國前原單位給我分了房子，我也已經買了下了，錢全部付清。這種情況下原單位會不會同意豁免？我看過一些資料，說要結清經濟關係。對我來說，難道就要把房子退回去才能辦？

------ This depends on different 單位. If you buy house in a commercial price (mark price), may be OK. But usually, the mark price is very, very expensive. In fact, many 單位 have "You (1) hui (4) " price (a lot of discount) on the house, so that if you buy house in a "You (1) hui (4) " price, may be you need 把房子退回去 if you want "J1豁免".
