Do you have the Notice of Receipt for your 485 application?

I have the same problem. I got the notice of receipt in the first day and then next day received the rejection due to check problem.

My lawyer is going to resend the package again with a copy of the receipt notice and the correct check. The lawyer is not sure if the INS is going to honor the original receipt date?

Please keep me updated.
