difficult. I was first denied, then appealled, and finally dismissed.

I add some more evidence, such as one more award, two more papers, some 30 citations, three more recommendation letters from independent scientists. Appealling was rejected mainly because that the officer just takes into consideration of qualifications when you submitted your iniital petition, new evidence did not count.

At the same time of appealling, I resubmitted both OR and NIW, both of them approved. Unfortunately, I just missed 485
