Shocking!!! TSC NIW denied without RFE !!!

I am very sad to write this post. I just received a denial notice of my NIW 140 from TSC. RD early Sept., denied 1 week ago. I did not even get a RFE. So it is possible that INS can deny a case without RFE.

There are 3 full pages of denail reason, which I was so sad that I could not even finish reading them. There are lots of immigration law terms which I do not understand. Bascally they said that my qualifications are not good enough to warrant a waiver of LC, and they suggest that I apply for LC instead.

The road to GC is very long and painful...
