怎麽我的I140要這麽長時間？

My Eb1a 140 was delieved to TSC at the end of last month.

This is the information from the CIS website:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on October 3, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

It seems a lot of people get approved in about 20 days. Why my case needs so long time?
Does anybody have the same situation?
