回複：I-485 VSC received on Sept. 24, no response

For my case, I140 and 485 filed together on Sept24, received by VSC on Sept26. No check cashed, No receipt, No message. Wondering how long I have to wait until I can make a call to their customer service to make the inquiry about my package.
