NIW PHYSICIAN? on appr. notice

On my I-140 (filed for NIW) approval notice, it reads:

"The above petition for a NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVER-PHICIAN (NIW PHYSICIAN) has been approved. The person this petition is for will be noticed separatively when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application. Pursuant to 8 CFR 203(b)(2), the Form I-485, cannot be adjudicated until the applicant completes 3 or 5 (whichever is applicable) years of employment in an underserved area."

--- Is this a standard NIW approval notice (from TSC)? I am worried about the NIW-PHYSICIAN and the 3 or 5 years employment...
