回複：about EAD and AP for spouse

I am a H-1 holder, I got my LC and filed with AP/EAD/140/485 in Sept.2003. My wife, currently H4 pending (from H1), received EAD and AP last week. No one ever suggested us that she should / should not apply AOS/EAD/AP. We just filled the forms, and the lawyer just filed the petitions. But I do not know if my wife will have trouble if she uses her EAD and later finds out my I-140 denied.
