Thanks. He has already filed I-140 (based on EB2 NIW) and I-485 before this October. I heard that he has not yet got the final waiver result but only with the favourable recommendation letter and the receipt of action in process from immigration center. You said that only Eb1a can stay with unemployment status. How about NIW? I think he won't stay here without job? Is it OK for him to change the job (in the same category listed in the NIW applicaiton) now? Any response will be greatly appreciated.
