Never,ever deal with the cell phone dealers operated in LA area by Chinese! They will promise you a very good plan and will never keep their the promises. I had a terrible experience with them, though, I made the dealer to keep partial part of their promise after I told them I am going to file a Class suit in the court again them. They have many tricks to cheat people and get around with it afterward, you have to be alert.
