必須要等到H4批準了以後才能回國.

如果轉成H4後, 是可以PART-TIME的讀書了, 不需要繼續維持FULL-TIME學生身份. U can quit if you do not want to continue your schooling. But h4 is not allowed to work unless you have EAD.
