I-485 denied

My I-485 was wrongfully denied. In the denial letter, it says no appeal is allowed. I wrote a letter asking for reinstatement of my I-485. But I have not heard anything after 3 months of submitting the letter.

My question is whehter I should submit a new I-485, or just wait for response for my reinstatement letter. Thanks!
