I didn't really address the influence of my work by cititions, because there isn't much at all. As one evidence, I listed a recent invited talk of mine on a symposium and gave them a web address for that. Also, in almost every recommendation letters I drafted, I put in a couple of sentences regarding the influence of my past work or potential influence of my current research.
Forgot to mentation, I, as the second author, just submitted a invited review for the launch issue of a journal in my field. In the petition letter I stressed that I had an invited review submitted, alough it's not hard for them to see that I am the second author if they go to the document I refered to. So list whatever you prepared or submitted, even if you are not the first author.
