Human resource already wrote a letter confirm it is a permanent position with indefinite period of time. But they still asked the queestion: " We note,however, that any attemp to explain or reconcil inconsistencies in the record, which now includes the petitioner's own polices as reflect on its website, will not suffice unless the petitioner submits competent objective evidence pointing where the truth lies". USCIS seems not beleive the job offer letter, and want to deny it. What can I do next? Thanks very much for the help!
