Just go back to China and apply there. You can't come back without a new visa, they will take away your I94 before considering giving you a new visa.

I went there for a visa, but got only one entry one, had to fly back from there, then come back here. All my other friends just flew back directly and get their visa in China easily. They laughed at me for the trouble I got.
