i have a question for h1' EAD

stupid question, not laught.
during 485 pending, H1 can use EAD to work, then H1 becomes invalid. so that means my hu*****and can use EAD to work and to stay legally during 485 pending even he does not have to work. stay home with valid EAD legally. right?
