Then are you using the EAD card from your OPT right now?

I checked with the attorney today, they said even my OPT is approved and I got two EAD cards, I cannot use OPT EAD card, because indeed, that is not valid.

They said because I filed 485, so I lost student status. So, OPT is not valid any more.
