Have you checked your fingerprint? By RCMP or FBI? I have the same timeline with you. But it will take more than 150 days to assess fingerprint by RCMP. my time line:
Applie on April 26, 2002
First letter: november 5, 2002
Second letter: August 27, 2003
Medical Examination: September 18, 2003
Fingerprint check: September 22, 2003 (will take more than 150 days, sigh!!)
Supplemental material submitted: November 18, 2003
