I think you will be OK.

They received my case on 19th, but they noticed me on 28th, and cashed on same day. I received notice on 30th. It took 10 days. I guess they have too many cases to process at the moment. Also, if you have anything minors mistake, like me, I sent them my son's biometrics fee of $70 too, they have to deal with this thing too, so it takes time for them to sort out so many things. I understand their tasks, I can imagine that things are in a mess there.

Just take it easy and keep checking.
