Thanks, not a lawyer, better than a Lawyer! At this point nothing I can do but wait for the letter from DOL. Let's say it is the "Date" problem, if I re-file, will DOL ignore the first application? Will they suspicious on "Why you changed the recruiting dates" and assume I lie about the dates on 2nd petition? Will keep our folks updated.
