urgent: H4 operates own compan

Hi, everyone,
I am a h4 holder, I own a C type company. Now I work for someone as a part time consultant, and the guy i am working for pays checks to my company. I don't get any money out from my company's account.
is this legal?
if I work remotely, or hire someone else to do the job, and I don't get any money from my company either, will this be better?
