My expereince.
Sometimes it is not necessary false information. I applied my NIW with NSC, and waited 17 months, received RFE. At that time, I relocated to Florida, my attorney suggested me to resubmit my case to TSC. I submitted almost identical materials to TSC. I got approved less than 40 days without RFE. So everything is possible, 10 days to 400 days, depends on where you submit your case, and how they process your case.
BTW, I did a lot in my case, but I do think my attorney made a big contribution in my case.
