Might be... my salary is 50000 as a HRIS specialist. My degree fits this position very well. BTW.. My lawyer is experienced, she said all her other PERM cases were approved, I am the first denial. If EB2 is the problem, what shall I do? Can I appeal for reconsideration, or better off to re-submit throught EB3... Appreciate any responses!

When shall I expect to receive the explanation of deny from DOL?
