E-filed 140 on Sept 26

got the receipt number online, LUD is 10/03/06, haven't received the 140 receipt via mail.
File 485 9/28/05 via Fedex. no receipt and check hasn't been cashed.
NIW NSC.Anyone with similar timeframe? please share. Thanks.
