thanks! my problem is that I left that company 8 years ago, and the department I worked with was removed. It is hard to find my coworkers. I talked to the HR, they are not very willing to make that letter for me, even I said that I will compose the letter for them.

Do you think the labor department will call the company to check if i really work with that company? I am thinking to get a company-titled letter and make one myself, do I need to stample it? In Us it usually not required...
