How can this work??

If his GC is employment based, and he is going back to china on his own, not sent back by his employer to work in their office in china, how can he still use the same case to get GC??? He would have lost his job!!!

Even if he is sent back by his company, there is still the issue of different position, different title etc. that would invalidate his application.
