same question,please advice

I heard that you can change similar field job after filing 485 for 180 days. If the RFE asked the new employer confirmation letter, is it necessary to get the reference letter again to say your job is in the same field. Is this again similar to 140 application? Does anyone change the job and get 485 RFE and then approved? Thank you very much for sharing your experience or your advice.
