I140 AND 485 HELP,online wait

I send my I-140, I485 and EAD to TPC on Sept 24 they received on Sept. 26.
I don't know whether my I140 and I485 accepetd, because my lawyer refuse to
check wheter thier cheque cahsed in.

Today I received the notice of action from USCIS but it only for "Application for
employment authorization", wondering who about my I-140 and I485.

Does it mean my I-140 and I485 also accepted?
