NO FBI record needed

For the original submission, no FBI record is needed. You just collect other materials, such as degree notarization, experience prove, form, etc. But don't need to do finderprint or medical exam. Later they will send you mail asking for the updated working information and FBI record and medical record.
We submitted our case in 2003 and it has been approved this year.
