Name Check

Dear All here,

My I485 is pending in NSC since 12/2003. I called the NSC about my I485. The letter from the NSC looks like below,

The status of this service request is:

Our records indicate that the I-485 application was
received December,
2003 and is pending a decision in this office.
....

It says nothing about the name check or security check. Does this mean that my security check has been done? Should I directly emial the FBI about the status of the name check/security check?

By the way, the first finger print was done in 06/2004 and the biometrics code 2 was done in 06/2005. I also got a letter from the NSC to do the second the finger print in 10/2005 since the first finger print is out of date.
