I-485 interview ,請教各位

我01 年10月申請勞工卡,加州,03 年7 月批準,03 年9月遞140,10月遞485,已經做兩次指紋,但是140還沒有批,請律師問,沒有消息.
今天看到網上CASE UPDATE,得知485被轉到LA,要INTERVIEW,請問各位,是凶是吉,該準備啥,急啊,來美7年,小孩都6歲了,還在為一紙綠卡苦苦掙紮,夜不能寐.
