Congrats on meeting the Oct1 cutoff date, which assure your eligibility to apply for EAD and AP. However, unless some kind of miracle happens and your case is approved by Sep30, your I-485 will NOT be approved until your PD is current. In summary, be prepared and be patient for about 3-4 years.
