In additional to visa number issue, you may also have
a stronger case for EB1. When I was preparing for my
I-140 petition, I struggled whether I should go through EB1 or EB2(NIW). I found the criteria for NIW are
subjective and I was not able prove my case without
any doubt. So I submited my I-140 through EB1_OR and
it was approved in couple of months since the criteria
are well defined and they cannot challenge my
qualification.
