But can I only file 485 after 140 approval, and is 485 filing affected by the so-called priorioty dates (i don't know whether they are the same as the cut-off dates)? One of the friends' suggestion is very good. I work very hard and diligently, but my current situation doesn't allow me to stay with the current employer for several years.
