EAD and AP

Both my and my spose' 485 are pending in TSC, based on NIW/140. Shall I submit the forms I-765 and I-131 directly to TSC? I saw from the instructions that there are some changes on where to file, but it seems that these changes won't affect employment based 485 applicant. Could anyone provide some info?
