EAD and AP

My wife's 485 is pending, I am planning to apply for EAD and AP for her. Could anyone answer the following questions

1. She is holding H-4, what shall I fill in for item 15 of I-765 form?

2. what shall I fill in for item 3 in Part 1 of I-131 form (class of admission)?
