I still cannot make sense. Of course, I can enter USA with my H-1 Visa even though my I-485 is not pending. But I have to got to embassy to get H-1 Vsia. Let me make the question straight here:
Assume that I am holding H1 social status in the USA and I-485 pending, and that I plan to go outside of USA. when I come back, Do I need AP or not? If not, what kind of documents I should show in the custom?
