thanks. my 485 is outside the processing time for more than 30 days and i still have not received FP notice.
The Vermont 485 is Sept. 23 04 (the processing date) and my 485 receipt date is Aug. 10 04, yet I have not heard even FP notice. why? thanks a lot. (I am in EB2-NIW).
