I just let everyone be careful now. Don't you see some lawyer charge $6000 for filing I-140 and I-485? How is your chance get your $$ back once you pay? If you are going to file I-485 by yourself that is OK.
People mailed and CIS received your I-485 after 09/12/2005 please share your info. If your check got cashed let us know so that prove I am wrong.
