Software Engineer title is fine, but you need at least bachlor degree in computer since to apply for TN1. Definately you will be rejected if you show the B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering. You could try to apply by post degree certificate, but most likely you will be rejected, it reqires two years canadian experience.
