Have you consulted with your immigration lawyer? Your case is similar to mine. Suppose your PERM had been approved, you could only submit I-140 now. And your H-1B will reach its six-year limit. Then how could you keep your status or extend your H-1B?

Sorry I have no answer. I am waiting the answer from him. My LC is RIR, and I want to change to PERM. But the lawyer said I would lose the priotity date. Seems that he knew the rumor would come true soon.
