1) print a blank WORD form with gridlines;
2) locate the gridlines that you want to fill words by matching the PDF form to the gridlines.
3) fill words in the locating gridlines;
4) match again
5) hide the gridlines;
6) print the filled form to the PDF form;

You may need practise for many time, but it is easy.
